ABOUT

Ben is an Emmy-winning, videographer, producer and editor with experience in everything from TV shoots in the Bering Sea to combat coverage in Iraq, and assignments from Antarctica to Greenland. A former producer and operations director for the World Armwrestling League on ESPN, he is always interested in unique and captivating stories, and finding compelling ways to tell them.
Ben won an Emmy in 2012 for cinematography on Discovery Channel's Deadliest Catch, where spent two years as a cameraman and producer. Currently, he produces, shoots and edits video for Military Times, covering breaking news, features and social stories for a military audience.

He holds a BA in Journalism from St. Michael's College and an MFA in Screenwriting from the University of Southern California's School for Cinematic Arts. He's the founder of the Rhinectomy Support Network and currently lives and works in Washington, D.C.
Ben was raised in Vermont and is pretty picky about his maple syrup.
